NOTE: These rates are for standard items only. Artwork or products that are of a over-sized or irregular dimension will likely be subject to additional shipping rates. U'mista staff will contact the buyer if this happens to be the case.

WITHIN CANADA

Standard Shipping

Orders between:
$0.00 – $29.99 = $6.95
$30.00 – $99.99 = $12.95
$100.00 – $499.99 = $29.95
$500.00 – $999.99 = $74.95
$1,000.00 and up = $99.95

OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Standard Shipping

Orders between:
$0.00 – $29.99 = $12.95
$30.00 – $99.99 = $29.95
$100.00 – $499.99 = $49.95
$500.00 – $999.99 = $99.95
$1,000.00 and up = 149.95

SHIPPING METHODS

Most items ship via standard services with Canada Post. The service used is fixed by product so you are not able to request one postal service over another. Some of our products are Fulfilled by Amazon in order to take advantage of their shipping infrastructure and speed of delivery to our customers. Expedited shipping is not available. Large orders may contact customer service prior to ordering.

SHIPMENT TIMES

Most of our items ship directly from the U'mista Cultural Centre located in Alert Bay, British Columbia. Should your order not ship within number of business days expected or go on backorder, we will notify you.

Please note that number of days shown are estimates based on the usual and are not a guarantee. Also please note that shipment times noted reflect expected number of business days until the product ships. Your estimated delivery date will depend upon ship to location. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

We will provide tracking information via email for each item on your order the day following shipment. 

TIME IN TRANSIT

Delivery times are dependent upon your location and the location. Generally you can expect for your order to be in transit 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers are provided the first business day following shipment so you will be able to track your purchase online and determine an expected delivery date as per the postal services estimation.

DAMAGES

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ship a replacement and file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we have a limited amount of time in which to file the claim so we must be notified promptly upon receipt of damaged goods.
